“…I make it my ambition to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named, lest I build on someone else’s foundation; but as it is written, “Those who have never been told of him will see, and those who have never heard will understand.” – Romans 15:20 ESV

Paul made it his ambition to preach the gospel where Christ had not already been named. He wanted to go to new places, to new people, people who had never been reached. This was dangerous and scary.

Are you willing to get out of your comfort zone and walk into the unfamiliar and meet people you don’t know and tell people who have never received Christ about the gospel? God wants us to reach all people with the gospel of Christ and sometimes that means stepping into the unknown.

Lord, help me to be like Paul and be willing to step into the unknown to tell those who have not made You Lord about the Gospel of Christ. Thank you Lord.
