We’re launching these seven weeks with a live health seminar at Southpoint on February 25 at 6:00 PM featuring Lori Aikman, founder and lead practitioner of Precision Total Health. Lori will share practical, life-changing insight on the foundations of health, including protein, movement, sleep, stress regulation, and faith, and how they work together to create lasting wellness.

Following the kickoff, we’ll release weekly podcasts designed to educate, inspire, and empower you to pursue health with confidence and purpose.

Ron Miller will unpack the power of building muscle and why strength training is essential for longevity and a vibrant life.

John Cain, cancer survivor, will share his powerful testimony of fighting cancer through natural approaches and faith, offering hope, wisdom, and tools for prevention and healing.

Lindsey Courson, practitioner at Precision Total Health, will dive into the importance of precision in health, teaching how understanding your body through bloodwork, DNA testing, and personalized data equips you to fight for true wholeness.

Shelby and Rachel Austin will share practical strategies for creating nutritious, delicious meals that fuel the body with lasting energy and support long-term health.

Chelsea Terwilliger will encourage listeners to pursue health on a budget or in seasons of limitation, highlighting the power of mindset, consistency, and small daily choices that lead to meaningful results.

Ryan and Aaron Austin will teach the power of movement, sharing simple morning and evening routines that help people stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

SCC Run/Walk 5k

For an epic finish to these seven weeks, Southpoint Community Church will be hosting its very first 5K Walk/Run right here at the SCC campus on April 11, 2026! All proceeds from the 5K will go toward our 2026 mission trips to Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, and Brazil.

Whether you’re an avid runner looking to break your PR, someone who just wants to walk and get your steps in, or have children who want to have fun in our 1-mile Fun Run, you can get involved and help send people to bring the Gospel of Jesus to the world!
