“For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,” that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.” – 1 Corinthians 15:3-8

The most important thing you can show and tell people is the gospel. Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. It is important that we tell them the whole gospel. Jesus didn’t just die, He died for our sins, we are sinners who cannot save ourselves. Only by the grace of Jesus can we be saved. Jesus was buried, this is proof that He died. There is archaeological and historical evidence of this, so much that no one in history has ever been able to debunk it. There is proof that Jesus rose from the grave. He revealed himself to over 500 people after his resurrection. The fact that He rose from the grave means we have hope of eternal life when we place our trust in Him.

Be unashamed to tell the whole gospel, there is irrefutable proof!

Lord, thank you for the Good News! Help me to boldly go to others like Paul and talk about what’s most important.
