GOD MADE ME
Remember This:
“I am fearfully and
wonderfully made.”
PSALM 139:14, NIV
Say This:
“Baby, God made you! God made your nose and your eyes and your tummy
and your toes. God made you wonderful!”
Sing the following to the tune of “Where Is Thumbkin” with the baby as you
rock or change him/her.
“God made [child’s name].
God made [child’s name].
Yes, He did.
Yes, He did.
God made [child’s name].
God made [child’s name].
Yes, He did.
Yes, He did.”
Do This:
MORNING TIME
When you go into your baby’s room, pick them up and say: “Good morning! I see my wonderful [name of baby]!”
FEEDING TIME
While feeding your baby, think of all of the wondrous things God has made—including the life-giving people in your life. Spend some time thanking God for those who come to mind.
CUDDLE TIME
Cuddle with your baby and pray: “God, thank You for making [name of baby]. They are truly wonderful!”
BATH TIME
As you give your baby a bath, say: “You are wonderfully made by God.” (Repeat.)
