MONTHLY FOCUS
JESUS WANTS TO BE MY FRIEND FOREVER
Remember This:

Say This:
Jesus can help me
do everything.
Extra Activities:
Do This:
MORNING TIME
When you go into your child’s room, say: “Good morning! I see someone who can choose self-control because Jesus can help them do everything. (short pause) It’s YOU! (gently tickle your child) Jesus can help YOU do everything!”
CUDDLE TIME
Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, thank You for sending Jesus to help us choose self-control so we can show the world Your goodness by being kind, faithful, and gentle.”
DRIVE TIME
While on the go, encourage your child by telling them ways you’ve seen them show self-control.
BATH TIME
During bath time, sing to the tune of “Mary Had A Little Lamb”: “Jesus wants to be your friend, be your friend, be your friend! Jesus wants to be your friend, forever and ever.”
