MONTHLY FOCUS
GOD MADE ME
Remember This:
“Trust in the Lord
with all your heart.”
Proverbs 3:5, NIV
Say This:
Who can trust God?
I can trust God.
Do This:
MORNING TIME
When you go into your baby’s room, pick them up, cuddle them close and say, “Mommy loves you. Daddy loves you. Grandma loves you . . . (continue naming people) and God loves you!”
FEEDING TIME
While feeding your baby this month, look them in the eyes, smile and say, “You can trust Mommy. You can trust Daddy. You can trust [name people your baby can trust]. And most of all, you can trust God.”
CUDDLE TIME
Cuddle with your baby and pray, “Dear God, I pray [name of baby] will grow up knowing how much You love [him, her]. I pray [he, she] will trust You, no matter what. I know that begins with me. Help me live a life that (name of baby) can see that I trust You with all of my heart. I love You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
BATH TIME
While giving your baby a bath, sing the following words to the tune of Happy Birthday: “God loves you, it’s true. God loves you, it’s true. God loves you, it’s true. God loves you, it’s true!”
