Say This:
Who can help you be brave?
GOD CAN HELP ME BE BRAVE.
Do This:
MORNING TIME
When you go into your baby’s room, say, “Good morning, my brave [child’s name]! Today is a new day to be strong and courageous!”
FEEDING TIME
While feeding your baby this month, say to your child, “You are going to grow up to be strong and courageous because God is always with you.”
CUDDLE TIME
Cuddle with your baby this month and pray, “Dear God, there are so many things in this world that can tempt us to live in fear. I pray that [child’s name] will live a life that is brave, strong, and courageous because he/she knows you are always with him/her. I love You, God. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.”
BATH TIME
While bathing your baby, sing the following words to the tune of If You’re Happy and You Know It: “God is always with you, yes, He is! (clap, clap) God is always with you, yes, He is! (clap, clap) In the morning, in the night, You are always in His sight. God is always with you, yes, He is!” (clap, clap)
