BE A YP! Welcome to the YP’s site! YP’s (Young Professionals) is a group specifically geared for single men and women in their 20s – 30s. The YP’s are a diverse, vibrant, and fun new ministry at Southpoint Community Church.
Vision
Our vision consists of three points…
- We desire to be a connected people
- We desire to be spiritually mature
- We desire to be a people that are eternally driven
These three points make up the vision of YP’s. We long to know what the perfect will of God is in our individual lives and desire to reach single young adults in Jacksonville.
History
The YP’s ministry started in 2007 with a group of 3 people. It has since grown to a group of over 150 single young adults who meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
Activities
The YP’s meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30pm for fellowship, worship, and a short message. We also have several social events/parties out in the Jacksonville community. Check out our calendar for more details.
