Engage The Spirit
Every Christ-follower needs an opportunity to worship without the constraint of time or necessary form.
Once a month, the SCC family gathers on a Wednesday night to sing, pray, express our devotion to God and “ENGAGE THE SPIRIT”. The goal of these special moments is simply to draw close to God and experience the power of His Spirit in our lives. If you love to worship, you will be tremendously blessed by participating!
Check the calendar for the next Engage the Spirit night.
Baptism
Just as a wedding ring is an outward expression of marriage, baptism is an outward expression of a commitment to follow Jesus Christ. If you have made a commitment to follow Christ as your Savior and leader of your life, then Scripture demonstrates that baptism is a vital next step for you. Celebrate your relationship with Christ in the company of your friends, family, and others who have decided to declare what Christ has done for them.
What's the Process?
If you are ready to get baptized, you will need to complete the following three steps:
STEP ONE: Baptism Registration
Southpoint offers outdoor baptism services on select weekends throughout the year. Please check back soon for our next scheduled baptism service.
STEP TWO: Mandatory Baptism Information Meeting
The morning of the baptism service, we ask each participant to attend a brief information meeting. At the meeting, a pastor will review the church’s statement on the biblical basis for baptism and will answer any questions. We will discuss the logistics of check-in and the order of the events during the service and will also be available after the meeting to address any questions you may have.
STEP THREE: The Baptism Service
Details of the baptism service will be given during the pre-service meeting.

Healthy, vibrant relationships require open communication, and prayer is the language of communicating with God. He invites us to speak to him just as one would talk with a loving parent, bringing him our joys as well as our needs.
Intercessory Prayer: Before Sunday services, the prayer team invites you to join them in the Conference Room to pray and intercede for the service.
Prayer Requests: God invites us to pray for each other, and there are many at Southpoint who will humbly bring your requests before God. Simply submit your request by filling out the form below.
