The seeds of Southpoint Community Church date back to a bible study in 1996 in the home of Mark and Stacy Brunell. It was attended by a small group of professional football players and eventually evolved into a weekly bible study open to the entire community. The growth and grace on the people led the leadership of Every Nation Churches to begin the process of turning this bible study into a local church that would impact the city and beyond.

 

In February of 1999, Russ and Debbie Austin moved from Midland, TX to plant the new church. Since then the church has continued to grow from the original group of 50 to currently more than 1,400 and recently moved into our new 72,000 sq. ft facility located on 150 acres of land.
